Promising practices for youth involved in systems of care.

Ohio Systems of Care Project ECHO for Youth Involved with Multiple Systems Online Toolkit
What it is: This toolkit was developed for the Ohio Systems of Care Project ECHO for Youth Involved with Multiple Systems learning community.
This toolkit is intended to help the Youth Involved with Multiple Systems learning community to “connect the dots” on key themes in the management of complex Youth Involved with Multiple Systems cases that arise from the weekly case discussions and recommendations as well as to share associated resources from the sessions. This toolkit is not medical advice and does not contain specific recommendations for individual cases. It merely represents trends observed from the Youth Involved with Multiple Systems cases in the ECHO sessions to help teams put more “tools in their toolbox” for consideration when approaching complex cases.
How to use: This toolkit is organized by key topics in the management of complex cases and provides the major themes observed to date from the weekly ECHO sessions for consideration when working with youth with complex needs and any related resources. This toolkit is updated regularly to reflect new information learned from the weekly ECHO sessions.
