This model is a primary component of a coordinated, community-based, family-driven, and youth-guided system of care. The modules focus on providing an introduction to wraparound facilitation skills and competencies to implement the model and links to further resources for th
e learner about Wraparound practices. These modules provide the learner an understanding of the role of the facilitator in the model and ways to develop meaningful partnerships with families and community partners.
